Agreement to These Terms
Elsewonder is developed and provided by Samet Buldanlıoğlu (“we”, “us”) under the developer name BuldAI Labs, in Türkiye. BuldAI Labs is a developer name, not a company or a registered legal entity.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Samet Buldanlıoğlu. They apply when you download, install or use Elsewonder: AI Photo Editor (“Elsewonder” or “the app”) and the services provided with it, including the processing of photos on servers operated for Elsewonder. By using Elsewonder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and the Data Deletion page explains how to delete your account. Please read them together with these Terms.
Who May Use Elsewonder
Elsewonder is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may use Elsewonder only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who should review these Terms with you.
By using Elsewonder, you confirm that you are able to accept these Terms under the law that applies to you, or that you have this permission.
Your Account
The first time you open Elsewonder, a guest account is created for you automatically. You can also create an account with an email address and a password (we verify the address with a six-digit code sent by email), or sign in with Google. These Terms apply to every account, including guest accounts.
Keep your password safe and do not share it with anyone. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for giving accurate information when you register. If you think someone has used your account without your permission, contact us promptly at support@elsewonder.com.
The Data Deletion page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it.
The Elsewonder Service
Elsewonder is a photo editing app for Android with the package name com.buldailabs.elsewonder. It brings together:
- AI tools: AI Enhance, Face Enhance, Colorize, Old Photo Restore, Sharpen, Background Remove, Background Replace, Makeup and Face Makeover;
- creative tools: image blender, GIF effects, sketch, glitch, layers, funny mode and skin retouch;
- the editor: rotate and crop, adjust, filters, blur, text, stickers, drawing and markup, collage and watermark;
- creative looks: ready-made styles you can apply to a photo.
Where your photo is processed. AI tools and several other tools send your photo to servers operated for Elsewonder, where it is processed by models running on those servers, not by a third-party AI service, and the result is sent back to the app. Many looks and some tools run on your phone instead. Features that rely on these servers need an internet connection. The Privacy Policy explains how your photos and data are handled.
Elsewonder is in testing. It is not yet publicly available on Google Play, and its features may change while testing continues. Test versions may contain errors.
We may add, change or remove features over time. We work to keep Elsewonder available, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or uninterrupted: maintenance, outages, connection problems and high demand can affect availability and processing times.
Elsewonder Free and Elsewonder Pro
Elsewonder has two plans.
Elsewonder Free is free of charge and includes:
- the editor and the creative tools;
- Old Photo Restore and Sharpen;
- the free looks, plus previews of premium looks. Saving a photo with a premium look requires Elsewonder Pro.
On Elsewonder Free, a full-screen advertisement (an interstitial) from Google AdMob may be shown when you save or share a photo.
Elsewonder Pro adds:
- AI Enhance, Face Enhance, Colorize, Background Remove, Background Replace, Makeup and Face Makeover;
- every premium look, including light looks that use a mask prepared on Elsewonder’s servers;
- no ads;
- saving to your phone while you are offline.
This describes the plans as of the “Last updated” date above. While Elsewonder is in testing, the features in each plan may change. If we significantly change what Elsewonder Pro includes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
Pro Subscriptions
Elsewonder Pro is not on sale yet. It will become available when Elsewonder launches on Google Play, and this section applies from then on.
Elsewonder Pro will be sold only as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play, in two plans:
- Monthly: for eligible new subscribers, it starts with a discounted introductory period of 7 days, paid up front; after that, the standard monthly price applies.
- Yearly: a separate plan with a yearly billing period.
Price and terms. Before you confirm a purchase, Google Play shows the price, any introductory offer, the billing period and the renewal terms.
Payment. Payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your card details.
Renewal and cancellation. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep Pro until then. If you do not want to continue at the standard monthly price after the introductory period, cancel before that period ends.
Refunds. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies and the consumer law that applies to you.
Restoring a purchase. If Pro is not active after you subscribe, use “Restore purchases” on the app’s Pro screen. If that does not help, contact us at support@elsewonder.com.
Deleting your Elsewonder account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in Google Play.
Fair Use Limits
To keep Elsewonder available for everyone, we may limit how many AI jobs can run at the same time or how often heavy tools can be used. These limits can apply on Elsewonder Free and Elsewonder Pro alike. If you reach a limit, please try again later.
Do not try to get around these limits, for example by using several accounts or automated requests.
Your Photos and Content
You keep ownership of the photos you edit in Elsewonder and of the results you create from them. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You give us the limited permission needed to process, store and return your photos and results in order to provide the features you choose. This permission is limited to that purpose and does not transfer any ownership to us.
You must have the rights to every photo you upload, including the consent of the people shown in it. You are responsible for your content and for how you use and share your results.
If we become aware that content breaks these Terms or the law, we may refuse to process it, delete it from Elsewonder’s servers, and suspend or close the account involved.
Acceptable Use
Use Elsewonder lawfully and with respect for others. You must not use it to create, edit or share content that:
- is illegal where you are;
- sexualises minors in any way;
- is intimate or sexual imagery of a real person created or shared without their consent;
- deceives, impersonates or defames, for example by presenting an altered image of a real person as genuine, or by faking evidence, documents or news;
- harasses, threatens or bullies anyone;
- promotes violence, terrorism or serious harm;
- infringes anyone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
You must also not:
- attack or disrupt Elsewonder or the servers that run it, or try to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data;
- scrape the service, or access it with bots, scripts or other automated means;
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or the service, except where the law expressly allows it;
- overload the service, or send requests beyond normal use of the app;
- abuse advertising, for example by generating fake ad views or clicks;
- abuse purchases or limits, for example by trying to unlock Pro features without a valid subscription or by bypassing fair use limits;
- resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute access to the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules (see Suspension and Termination).
AI Results
AI tools estimate; they do not recover the truth. Colours added to a black-and-white photo, or details rebuilt in a blurry or damaged one, are the model’s estimate and may not match reality. Results also depend on the quality, resolution and content of the original photo.
AI results can be imperfect, unexpected or inaccurate. They are provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy, likeness, historical correctness or fitness for a particular purpose. Check each result before you save or share it.
Do not rely on an AI-edited image as evidence of what something or someone actually looked like. If you publish AI-edited images, you are responsible for labelling them where honesty or the law requires it.
Intellectual Property
Elsewonder, including its name and logo, its design and interface, its creative looks and its software, belongs to Samet Buldanlıoğlu or to the licensors of components used in it. These Terms do not give you any right to use our name, logo or other branding.
As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the app on an Android device you own or control.
Your photos and results remain yours, as described in Your Photos and Content.
Third-Party Services
Elsewonder works with these services provided by Google:
- Google Play, which distributes the app and handles billing for Pro subscriptions;
- Google Sign-In, if you choose to sign in with Google;
- Google AdMob, which serves the ads shown on Elsewonder Free;
- Google’s consent tool, which handles your consent choices for advertising.
Google’s own terms and policies apply to your use of these services. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. For how your data is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Elsewonder is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, that any particular edit will succeed, or that a result will meet your expectations, and this is especially so while Elsewonder is in testing. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
Nothing in this section affects consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Elsewonder or your inability to use it.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Elsewonder is limited to the amount you paid for Elsewonder Pro in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for fraud, and nothing in them affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Elsewonder at any time. The Data Deletion page explains how to delete your account and the data linked to it.
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access to Elsewonder, if you break these Terms, abuse advertising, purchases or limits, or put the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. If you believe this has happened by mistake, contact us at support@elsewonder.com.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play to stop future charges.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after your use ends, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when Elsewonder changes or when the law requires it. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version.
For significant changes, we take reasonable steps to let you know. If you keep using Elsewonder after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the app; you can also delete your account and cancel any subscription in Google Play.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside, and you keep your right to bring a dispute before the consumer dispute bodies and courts that have jurisdiction by law.
